USED BROKEN Neptune System EB832 ENERGY BAR 832 Used Broken

As the title states this item is used and is no broken. It is an older model that may be able to be repaired using one of Harry's Aquatics, "DIY Repair/Upgrade Kit for the Neptune Apex EB832", but I do not trust myself to solder something like this. I cannot say for certain that is all that would need to be done in order to get it repaired. I am hoping someone can make some use of it versus it ended up in a landfil. The “N” is orange and the status lights turn on and off when the outlets in Fusion are told to go manually on or off, but no power goes through them.(nothing plugged into the powers up) No cords accept for the attached power cord will be included.
